​William Martin Sloane, LL.M. (Labor), Ph.D.

Dr. Sloane is a Maryland/Pennsylvania attorney and an Anglican/Old Catholic priest and bishop. He works in the Caribbean as pro-chancellor of International University for Graduate Studies and dean of its Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Natural Sciences, Mathematics & Statistics, and as senior vice president for internal quality system of Charisma University. He serves as Political Advisor for Legal Affairs to the World Organization of the States; a lieutenant colonel and Wing Legal Officer in Civil Air Patrol (the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary); and a lieutenant-colonel in the 3rd Earl Kitchener’s Own Scottish and Borders Legion of Frontiersmen Yeomanry Volunteers, Scottish Command. He is also an addiction specialist at the R.E.A.C.H. Comprehensive Mental Health Clinic. Formerly Democratic Chief Counsel to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Dr. Sloane has taught part-time at Elizabethtown College, McCann School of Business & Technology, Millersville University, Mount St. Mary's University, St. Francis University, Shippensburg University, Temple University, Widener University, and Wilson College.

He is board chair of the Academy for Research in the Chiropractic Sciences; Life Diplomate of the College of Mind-Body Medicine, Life Fellow and past vice president of the American Association of Integrative Medicine; Certified in Homeland Security–Level III, American Board for Certification in Homeland Security; Certified Master Chaplain, American Board for Certified Master Chaplains; Life Diplomate and past chair of the American Board of Forensic Counselors; Board Certified Professional Counselor, American Board of Professional Counselors; Certified Addictionologist, American College of Addictionology and Compulsive Disorders; Board Certified in Clinical Supervision, Diplomate, Fellow and board chair of the American College of Counselors; and Certified Medical Investigator–Level I and Life Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute.

Dr. Sloane is a Life Fellow and Master Therapist of the American Psychotherapy Association; scientific secretary general of the Bulgarian Foundation for Sports Sciences; president of the Council on Chiropractic Practice; Medical Qigong Practitioner, East Coast Institute of Medical Qigong; Registered Medical Practitioner (Naturopathy and Yoga), Indian Board of Alternative Medicines; International Scientific College member of the International Academy of Sciences San Marino; Professional Member and Level I Qigong Instructor, National Qigong Association; Health Care Reform Advisory Council member, Our America Initiative; licensed real-estate instructor, Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission; Curate of Souls and president of the Society for the Cure of Souls; and Applied Psychoanalysis Professional, Society of Modern Psychoanalysts.

He chairs the Institutional Review Board at Atlantic University and is a member of the Association for Research and Enlightenment, Mensa, and the Screen Actors Guild–American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.
