Overview
The online graduate certificate in Mindful Leadership is designed for people who are looking to learn how to implement the theories of mindful leadership and personal mindfulness practice, without a commitment to a full degree program. While this is a five-course certificate program, students will be empowered with solid leadership study and mindfulness practices to create an opportunity to tap into their authentic leadership nature--You will learn skills and tactics for leading mindfully that are applicable in all aspects of your life.
Courses from the graduate certificate can be transferred into the Master of Arts in Mindful Leadership should the student decide they want to pursue a graduate degree.
Course Delivery
Courses at Atlantic University are delivered in an asynchronous online environment. Asynchronous online learning allows students to view instructional materials each week at any time they choose. Your online classroom will provide materials for reading, lectures for viewing, assignments for completing, and exams for evaluation. You can access and satisfy these requirements on your own schedule so long as you meet the expected deadlines. Common methods of asynchronous online learning include self-guided lesson modules, pre-recorded video content, virtual libraries, lecture notes, and online discussion boards or social media platforms.
